Ridiculous Awful experience with the Supermarket through Deliveroo. They took 2 hours to deliver where as I had to go to attend the meeting So I left after 2 hours instead of delivering my product they keep calling me middle of my meeting to make sure the address After that called me again to pick the product from the road instead of delivered to the house And I had to called someone to Pick the parcel When the delivery lady came she didn’t even apologise and saying how many times she had called to pick the product That is the level of customer service After that when I opened the box I saw they sent the wrong product and missing items as well Unbelievable I will never use their supermarket or restaurant again. There are other options for goods.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ON UBER EATS. After waiting for my order for two hours I called the store, the lady said the driver was on his way. 50 minutes later and my order had still not arrived so I had to cancel through uber support as I had to leave for work. If you want an Asian supermarket, go across the street to Red Chilli instead they are far better.

Absolute awful experience with the Supermarket through Deliveroo. They took 3 hours, didn't have all the items, didn't process the refund correctly. Actually lied numerous times saying it was on the way through 4 or 5 calls. On the final call, when I said is it actually on the way now because I have been lied to many times about this. He LAUGHED and said I KNOW! That is the level of honour they oeprate with. That is the level of customer service you can expect. I will never use their supermarket or restaurant again. There are other options for goods.

Have loads of nice snacks and a big selection of ingredients if you’re looking for more of a grocery shop- great store and super kind staff!
