Great house, neat, and cozy. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are good and everything is so beautiful and well thought out. The house is well located, only 10-15 minutes from the center of York. So fun to learn about the history of York and walk around the center which has everything to offer. Many thanks for welcoming me so well :)
A wonderful house on three floors in the beautiful city of York. Great location, beautiful house and the landlady from York is the best host in the world. When you arrive, you will find a beautiful basket with all kinds of goodies waiting for you. Perfect house for a friends' trip. A short walk down to the historic center, the scale is human and warm and the houses are beautiful and fun little shops and bustling people.
Backyard No. 2 is a brand new accommodation option at the housewife Guðbjörg in York. The house is very tastefully decorated and well equipped in every way. Guðbjörg has a keen eye for detail and it pays off well for guests. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that is a short walk from the city center, the park and the golf club. The house is suitable for both families and small groups of friends. Guðbjörg is a wealth of information about both York and Yorkshire. There are endless possibilities for day trips around this historic and fun region. It is fun to use public transport - trains and buses and go for walks on the Yorkshire moors or visit small villages, e.g. Whitby or Malton, York is also a city that pleasantly surprised me, a lot of character in this medieval city where everyone can discover something completely special.
