Just enough for basic calisthenics. The monkey bars are ok, but the pull-ups are too thick for good grips. The parallels are terrible! However enough for basic calisthenics
Well equipped outdoor gym with chin-up bars of a good height and variety, dip bars, softer surface, Situp benches and various things to balance on. A must if you absolutely have to front lever to feel fully fulfilled… Nice to see one of these in York 💪
Brilliant place and the benches are super comfortable
