I booked in for a full body massage with Woolann who was friendly and professional. Provided a firm massage as requested to remedy the effects of working at home hunched over a laptop. I left feeling refreshed and energised. All precautions in place for reopening post Covid lockdown. A lovely addition to my stay at the Principal hotel.
Very friendly and professional service. The therapist was careful to ask in detail about a trapped nerve I reported on the questionnaire, and did a great job working on my lower back, shoulders and neck. The chap on reception was kind enough to look after our suitcases, saving my partner the trouble of carrying them up to the hotel café while she waited.
Had a pregnancy massage for 1 hour with Woolann Sommerville, and my husband had a back massage from her too. Honestly one of the best massages I've ever had. Fully recommend.
Had a lovely neck back and shoulder massage that had me nearly falling asleep. Left feeling relaxed with my muscles relieved just as i had requested. Would recommend to anyone!!
Booked both a massage and a facial and really enjoyed both! Good value for money - would recommend!
