Customer inclusion all the way, telling us exactly what he was doing and had done. Very professional workman, a credit to their team. Cannot fault service in any way. We ordered a super king and mattress last week and it arrived yesterday. Exceptional quality items, the mattress is superb quality and extremely comfortable. The staff were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The lady in the shop, Nicola was brilliant, not pushy at all and helped us find the perfect bed. She was professional and provided the best service. Thank you. When the bed was delivered the two delivery gents helped me move a mattress into another room and got everything in the house carefully. What stood out most was the courtesy and kindness from all. They were so pleasant and helpful. I’ve bought beds before from Simply Beds and always get a top rated service, this was flawless and easy. I’d highly recommend this business, they really are simply brilliant. Thank you all
