Gav did an amazing job on my car after someone drove into the back bumper. The advice he gave me and the other driver around cost and alternatives was practical and showed the experience he has in the area. Gav was very responsive despite being booked up for a few weeks and went above and beyond in making sure my car was ready for me once the work was done. I’m really happy with the finish on the bumper (like new) and wouldn’t hesitate to use Shaws again. Thank you!

I managed to scratch up my car within a month of having it and Gavin very kindly offered to buff it out for free the very next day. Amazing service, so kind and friendly, and super quick as well. He even hand mixed some paint to touch up the tiny spots which didn't buff out. Declined taking any payment, even though I offered. I'm truly so grateful! Can't recommend Shaws highly enough!

Had a great experience today taking my VW Golf in to get a dent and scratch on the doors fixed. The work was undertaken as described and in the time estimated with excellent communication and patience with my late arrival by taxi. Gavin was absolutely fantastic and the work he has carried out is 11/10 I was expecting the dent removal and paint job for my BMW to cost me at least £300+ but he only charged me £80! will never go anywhere else now, and the turn around was so quick had the car back the same day. brilliant can't thank you enough
