Super quick tyre change service. Did it within the hour without an appointment after I had a puncture. So impressed. Very friendly and really accommodating. Would recommend.

I won’t be using this garage again. After sending my car in for repairs, I was given a courtesy car that was completely unsafe — dashboard warnings showing from the start, interior smelling awful, and most seriously, repeated brake failures while I had my children in the car. On a previous occasion I even broke down on the motorway in another one of their courtesy cars due to an overheating fault. When I raised my concerns, the manager apologised and offered a small discount and valet, but this didn’t come close to addressing the seriousness of what happened. On top of that, I’d also been given inaccurate quotes for work that didn’t need doing. I’ve since decided to take my car elsewhere as I no longer trust their workmanship, their courtesy vehicles, or their approach to customer care.

Car was treated very poorly whilst at this garage. Damage was caused and the staff initially lied about it until they got caught out. DO NOT TRUST THESE COWBOYS. Reply to owner: we have used you, with my wifes car. You broke me windscreen and refused to accept liability until it became clear through MOT documentation that it wasn't broken at the time of the MOT, which is obviously after it had been dropped off by us. Even more lies from you and it was more than expected I might add.

The service has been amazing from start to finish… you really deserve all the recommendations that were made when we asked.
