Ordered for delivery, said it would be an hour but took 1.5 hrs. Chips and egg fried rice were lovely. The spicy Korean crispy beef sauce was awful! I expected it to be like Korean fried chicken-type flavour but it was creamy which was very strange. Didn't rate it at all. Maybe a description of the dish would be helpful on the website. For a total of £18 very dissapointed.

Had to wait almost 2 hours for food to be delivered via FoodHub. Requesting assistance through the app was pointless as it kept crashing or coming back with a message saying the restaurant wasn’t responding as it was busy. Called after 1.5 hours to be lied to and told the food was on its way. Called 20 minutes later to be told the same. Food was mediocre when it arrived, just warm but dried out and pretty tasteless.
Order the same thing every Monday and never had any issues, yet order tonight and completely got my order so I’ve wasted money on something not going to eat
Used this takeaway for past 18 months and recently (and not sure if new management or not) they cannot get the order correct despite repeating it back to me. Last time they got the wrong dish and today only brought 1 chips instead of the 2 I’ve paid for. Called them and they said it would be dropped straight away and still waiting 45 minutes later when everybody has eaten their meal, called them and she said she was cooking the chips and not making any sense at all. Never using again - would rather stick pins in my eyes, too frustrating.
