I've been working with Formula Accountancy for three years now. What keeps me as a customer is Sally's great customer service and always on hand to help. I would highly recommend this company. I'll be a customer for many more years to come.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this rogue accountant. In my experience, the service was consistently disorganised, last-minute, and lacking in basic professionalism. I was given constant excuses for delays, It later became clear that she was just stringing me along and taking my money with increasing fees and charges while the work simply wasn’t being done by Sally. Her attitude is appalling and quite frankly beyond rude, and I must say, not very “lady like” in the slightest. Communication was extremely poor. Messages and emails were constantly ignored, deadlines were allowed to pass, some paperwork still has not been returned (now presumed lost), despite multiple requests. This is completely unacceptable conduct from anyone claiming to operate as a professional accountant. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend seeking a more competent and accountable service elsewhere unless you want your business and bank account to suffer like mine has.
