Been meaning to do this review for a little while! Just before travelling to Edinburgh my car started making an awful noise.. as they do! I took it to 3 different garages and they all said different things but by looking at the externals. I then popped into JPA for the first time, they were so kind and helpful. They took the car up for me and had a proper look. The mechanic found the issue and they made a space for me that day to find the part it needed and to get it sorted there and then. I couldn't believe how kind they were and how much the mechanic cared about fixing the issue for me. They have found a new customer! See you when my MOT is due! Thank you so much.

jpa were recommended to me by a friend who have had several cars from them. I saw a car on their website and arranged a test drive! Very impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of the gentleman who served me. We arranged a quick part exchange and I drove away the same day in my new car. I bought a car from JPA Motor Company recently. Jamie was very polite and helpful, patient with all my questions. The car was delivered to me quickly and free of charge. After purchase there was a problem with the car and Jamie quickly resolved it. The customer service from start to finish was excellent. I highly recommend JPA Motor Company.

Just resantly purchased a range rover evoque from jpa motor company Jaime and Ben are great. nothing to mutch trouble l had a small problem with the battery they replaced it with no hassle whatsoever great experience I would definitely recommend them .

Despite buying a cheap car with high miles, the level of after-sales help and support I received from JPA, namely Ben and Jamie, was second to none. A few issues occurred a few months after purchase but JPA sorted them out, free of charge. The garage eventually bought back the car, paying almost the full amount, after a more serious issue emerged. I never expected this level of after-sales from a small garage, or even a main dealer come to that. Based on my positive experiences, I would have no hesitation recommending JPA.
