Having never bought an automatic before, we were quite cautious about buying one. All our reservations were quickly dispelled by the helpful and informative staff at the Small Auto Company. Jerry didn't pressure us and answered our questions patiently. He talked us through some of the differences between manual and automatic transmission, particularly because we were buying a hybrid. The second hand car we bought was of a really high standard, the documentation and purchase was dealt with efficiently, and at no extra cost they ordered new mats for us which were delivered to our home. Over the last nine years we've had four cars from here with part exchange for the previous. Each experience has been problem free and very positive. Good cars. Good friendly pressure free service. This is how motor traders should be.

I recently bought my car here and both Jerry and Robert were brilliant. I was unable to make my initial appointment at the very last minute and Jerry was so understanding when I called to cancel. The service throughout was nothing like I have experienced from larger dealerships; instead it was friendly, laidback and honest, and at no point did I feel I was being pushed into a sale. The car was immaculate when I collected it and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
