From start to finish the service from the staff at Ryder & Dutton, Holmfirth has been exemplary. A friendly and professional valuation from Catherine immediately made me decide on who I wanted to handle the sale Despite offers on the house straight away there were disappointments along the way, all part of the stress of selling a house, but the support, help and reassurance from Fiona, Phoebe and Kia in the office was outstanding. Whether it was for an update, to chase up progress or just to moan to they were always there to talk and sort any issues, nothing was too much trouble for them. R&D already looked after a property for me, which they have done amazingly but this was the first time I used them to sell a property. Where do I start! I have so much amazing things to say!
