Was a while back but forgot to warn others off at the time. Had my vehicle in here back and forwards a few times trying to diagnose the source of worrying sounds coming from the front of the engine block, as well as the vehicle shaking violently when putting it under any real load like going past 40mph, it got worse after that and was shaking lots at motorway speeds. After a fair bit of investigation I was told they couldn't find an issue and that it'll be fine, I quote "just don't drive it fast because it's a truck anyway". At this point I paid for the service I'd had done too and decided to take the vehicle elsewhere. Upon arriving home I found that I'd been charged for multiple items on the service that had not been touched at all..... for example filters that upon inspection had everything under the sun lodged in them, including a massive dead moth which was a surprise given I'd been charged for new filters. I complained and was given a partial refund in a very stale and awkward way, and in cash which was not my original payment method, not exactly amazing customer service. So I take my vehicle to another garage and immediately they diagnose and fix the balance belt which on showing me had sheared off almost all it's teeth, and in their strong opinion should NOT be driven like that unless I wanted huge issues to follow. They were amazed to hear that another garage had shrugged their shoulders at it and said it was fine. So all in all, one of the worst experiences I've had at a garage my whole life.

Bro… their phone game was smooth, like “yeah we got you” smooth. And the car? Running so clean after the oil change and filters it’s basically purring like it’s on a first date. Low-key… best garage I’ve ever touched. Straight up.
