Had 4 visits from this company when my Father had a pest problem,each visit was on time we were kept informed throughout the whole process. Not only were the guys who attended professional,they were very polite and informative. The Ladies on the switchboard were diamonds! Overall a totally professional and likeable company.
Projex Services treated mould in our bathroom, then came back and cleared and replaced our loft insulation. They were very professional from start to finish, offering clear advice and recommendations. The three technicians who came to our house were very friendly and left everything immaculate. The house feels much warmer and the mould has not returned. Would definitely recommend.
We’ve had several visits from the technicians from Projex services . They are so thorough and explain the process, besides giving us a handbook with helpful information. Whilst at our property they have been respectful, and mindful of how we’ve been troubled . The areas worked in have been clean and tidy before they have left . Refreshing to have a caring company and theyve sorted out the problem of the unwelcome visitors!
Prompt effective and efficient service. Explained what was required, impact and how it was going to be delivered. Costs were explained up front. Would highly recommend
