Called in for a flu jab. Was initially told yes they could fo it. Then told pharmacist wanted to go for his lunch so could I wait half an hour, then told no it would be an hour. I explained I had another appointment to get to so wss there any chance at all of doing the jab as it only takes 2 mins but heard pharmacist instruct the lady at counter to just "tell him no". No empathy. No consideration. No customer care. Went to Cohens in Slaithwaite instead. Couldn't have been more of a different experience professional, courteous, and quick. I will definitely avoid medicare at all costs going forwards as will all my friends and family.

Booked online for an unexpected Covid booster (after a recent cancer diagnosis). Staff friendly, seen to quickly and efficiently - much quicker than elsewhere for my flu vaccination. Would recommend.

Having arrived in Holmfirth without any of my medication, I visited this pharmacy in the hope they could help me. The friendly and concerned staff, especially the gentleman pharmacist, advised and helped me,to arrange for prescription transfer. Had they not been able to do so, my holiday would have to have been cancelled. Thank you all so much at Medicare.

Excellent service provided by the new pharmacist. No wait times for my prescriptions. Flu jab got done today.
