The team here are so great. Mr Akbar Ali has a wonderful team and is so personable and really cares about his customers thank you so much for supporting the community.

Decent pharmacy. Friendly & helpful staff. Only negative, they often don’t have medications in stock, which involves another trip back to collect the next day.

My wife inadvertently ran out of her heart tablets. After several calls yesterday , this was the only chemist in our area that was open on a Saturday and could supply what was required. Thank you. We are grateful.

Consistently one of the slowest most inefficient pharmacies I have used . Queues out the door are standard . Usually leave at least 4 days minimum before collecting any prescription but not uncommon that it’s not in stock & no one has ordered it . On one occasion attended for palliative emergency drugs for a relative & they didn’t have them in stock but instead of suggesting anywhere alternative to get them they just said they would order them in & it would take a few days - had to contact the GP to ask where I could get them urgently . Most of the staff who serve barely articulate any greetings , are often blunt & lacking in basic manners / customer service . The ONLY exception to this is one lady with glasses who is always sunny & helpful . I’m pretty patient with wait times & all the cross checking that has to be done as I am a nurse .. but I’ve genuinely found this pharmacy to be disorganised & badly run on every visit . They also close for an hour at lunch & then have queues out the door as soon as they reopen because there is a back log , which seems exceptionally poor planning as regards staffing & breaks . I suspect they need to employ more qualified pharmacists .
