No one seems to have a clue what's going on .Having to wait well over a week did not get a txt.Having to ring up and chase prescriptions then to be told they have to order stuff.So why don't you order it when you receive the prescription from the doctors. Told it will be ready to pick up only to turn up and its not ,and they can't find it ,total joke !!
Went in for a walk in flu jab and all the staff were very friendly, the pharmacist especially was very good at distracting with humour during the procedure. No pain after the jab, we were seen immediately, highly recommended for anyone who wants to avoid getting ill.
This pharmacy is an example of how all businesses should be run in my opinion. Everyone is polite and helpful and when I can’t obtain a medicine anywhere else they always seem to have it here. The pharmacist understands that older people can make mistakes with prescriptions by running out of tablets and is very accommodating. I cannot praise him highly enough. Delivering medication is so helpful to us older people and my grateful thanks to the couriers who haven’t failed me yet either. I am a very happy customer.
The pharmacist and staff here are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. Excellent service. The pharmacy is in the old post office and they still have a post office counter offering all the services and they sell cards small gifts too.
Unfortunately it’s linked to a Post Office that’s never open. The Valley Pharmacy next door a lot more reliable
