Excellent communication, polite, on time, accurate, efficient and a good price. Highly recommended- I’m a repeat customer. Have done bathroom and gas repairs and maintenance for me in the last couple of years.

Great lads who came and did the work, but after they’d gone I noticed that one on the radiators was scratched. When I received the invoice, I advised Simon of the damage. His responses were rude and unprofessional. He told me that my actions of reporting the damage were not “those of a reasonable person” and called me “audacious” for reporting it. And because I didn’t report it until I received the invoice he was not interested and just told me to pay up in full. Will not use again due to the attitude of Simon, which is a shame as the 2 lads that actually did the work were very good.

Fantastic service from Simons team, my elderly mums boiler broke when the cold weather started, he managed to get someone there the same day and fix it. I will be using them again if needs and would highly recommend. Cheers guys

I called as a new customer for a boiler service. Simon had a great telephone manner and worked around my availability. Tom showed up on time and was friendly, efficient and professional. The final bill was less than originally estimated, as Simon had factored in contingency for extras that are needed in some cases, which was useful for our budgeting. All-in highly recommend for their professionalism and ease of doing buisness. Looking forward to working with them again.
