The most gorgeous shop! I could have happily bought everything in here, but settled on fairy Christmas tree decorations. (The owner kindly sourced name tags in our little one's name and sent them on by post - thank you! ). We'll definitely be back when next in Holmfirth.

Nellie’s is such a beautiful shop and Nicola and Yvonne are super friendly and helpful. I have bought personalised toy boxes for all 4 Grandsons and other lovely things for birthdays and Christmas’s. The window of the shop looks so amazing that you can’t wait to go inside. The photo was from last Christmas and it won the best dressed window competition! Well deserved. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

This is a fabulous shop so much wonderful products and my family visited twice in fact but felt the person serving her clients never once communicated with us in polite conversation she was watching us like hawks as though we was going to steel sometythis made us feel uncomfortable I did purchase a lovely product for my great children we have been back again and the same thing happened felt to feel uncomfortable you put out brilliant videos but start thinking about customer relations you need to concentrate on your customers and stop treating them as suspicious behaviour you are doing your wonderful business harm I love watching your little videos but I am so sad when I come into your beautiful shop you make me feel so uncomfortable and like a thief Nellie please tell me why you make your customers are made to feel like this are you looking for a person that looks the part I wish you all the success it please train your staff to respect your customers I will come and browse in your beautiful shop but if I am treaded with your staffs disrespectful customer service I will not be returning

I went in to have a look for something for my cousins wedding as a keepsake. I had no idea what to get and I had left it until the last minute as well. In a panic I popped in hoping for some inspiration. 20 minutes later (10 mins of which I spent deliberating what to get as there were so many options) I had had a full showcase of what was possible, picked something and had it personalised immediately. My cousin and her husband loved the little box which I had bought for them to receive a gift voucher in and then use as a marriage certificate holder afterwards. Great customer service and speedy too. Thanks again

What a fantastic shop! It made shopping for my 2 year old niece's birthday an absolute pleasure! There was so much choice - in the end we bought some gorgeous Little Dutch toys. Would highly recommend.
