I went to have a watch strap and battery replaced on a cheap watch belonging to a 90 year old neighbour. Paul suggested it would be far cheaper to replace the watch with an identical new watch. It is so refreshing to have a retailer who is so honest and puts the requirements of his customers before profit.

It's really great to have Paul's jewellery repair service in the centre of Holmfirth. I took in a badly mangled 46yr old wedding ring. Paul carefully explained all the possible repair options, and swiftly set to work to bring it back to its former glory. I left the little workshop delighted with the outcome, and had no need to travel beyond Holmfirth! Thank you.

Helped me replace a clasp on a broken necklace, the repair only took a couple of days, and when the item developed a fault after a short time being used. He replaced the faulty item within an hour at no additional charge. Would throughly recommend

Real hidden gem (excuse the pun) for jewellery repairs. Friendly and professional customer service, ultra quick turnaround and great prices. Recently had a necklace and bracelet repaired and couldn't believe how popular and efficient this guy was. He's been in the jewellery game for many years. If you need anything repairing, altering, or sourcing give him a nudge. You won't be disappointed.
