My first visit today with my new pup and I felt like a visiting royal! Absolutely outstanding service and advice, thank you so much for your suggestions , Pippin is now nibbling TeddyLion not my rug! He looks the dogs nuts in his new collar and hopefully come tea time he will enjoy dinner too x

I've been using the Holmfirth Pet Centre for years now for supplies for our dogs and fish. It's very conveniently situated in the centre of Holmfirth and the staff are fantastic. A family run company, they are always full of knowledge and give excellent advice to care for your pets, with a particular interest in nutrition and diet for your animals. I now run a dog walking and pet services business, The Hill Walker, so am using the shop even more now for the extra provisions needed. Their advice has been great, thank you.

Cannot recommend this little spot enough. Run by the loveliest family who always greet you with a smile and treats for your pooches. Our dogs love it here, and we equally enjoy our visits for a chat and giggle. The quality of the products are great and very much focused on top nutritional value for your pets; only the best is offered here. We also love the dog bakery for extra special treats! We never go anywhere else.

Brilliant customer service - nothing is too much trouble and a great variety of goodies available for our pup. Most comfy harness and bed ever. No need to go anywhere else - wish we lived closer.

Absolutely blown away by all this friendly staff who were beyond helpful in advising me on what treats and food would be suitable for our fussy dashund. We don't live close by but I will make a conscious effort to return as its genuine business owners like this that deserve our money. Besides my dacshund actually ate the bits we bought from here. It's rare you come across shops that go the extra mile but this sure is one of them. We assume that they are all family members as we spoke to about 5 different people, all of which were super delightful.
