Highly recommended bike shop. I phoned the owner as I had a problem with my rear wheel. Dropped it off and he sorted it out for me with no problems. He's a really friendly guy too and very approachable. If I have any more bike problems Albion will be the first place i go to! Many thanks!

Great customer service - I was on a ride from Sheffield and had an issue with my back wheel. The guys at Albion inspected it for free and spotted a significant issue which I hadn’t anticipated. Recognising the bike wasn’t safe to ride, they likely saved me from a serious accident and gave me directions to the nearest station. Seemed really knowledgeable and I’d use them in a heartbeat if I lived in the local area!

Helped me out massively when my tubeless set up failed (mainly knackered tyre), sorted me with a decent replacement tyre and sealant, let me use their workshop to refit and even threw in a brew. Top notch customer service.

Picked up a new bike (Ragley Marley) yesterday and couldn't be happier with both the bike and the service - professional and friendly. Also, received a free bottle cage, Albion bottle and inner tube which were great touches. Offered a free service 6 weeks down the line which is another great touch. All in all, a great experience!
