Having lowered a chair onto my laptop screen, cracking both the screen and the lid, I contacted Martin and arranged to take it in. Martin quickly diagnosed what was required and ordered the necessary parts; despite being let down by his usual supplier, he sought a serviceable 2nd-hand part elsewhere and completed the repair entirely to my satisfaction at a very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again for computer repairs.

Excellent service on my Surface when I could not connect to the internet. Martin fixed it very quickly and at a very reasonable price. I am so pleased to have this kind of IT support close to where I live. Highly recommended.
