Awesome little Easter stay at Claire and Darryl's cottage, super comfortable and perfect for the 3 nights we needed to see the surrounding area. Everything you'd need with a delightful area for exploring on your doorstep. Thank you!
We have just returned from a week at this quirky little cottage. A home from home in a great location. Lots of lovely walks, the locals are very friendly and the dogs were thoroughly spoilt everywhere we went. Some lovely pubs, restaurants and plenty of walks and places to venture out. The hosts are great and they left a lovely welcome pack with local produce. We will definitely be returning in the future.
What a fantastic find! The cottage was so well equipped, warm and in a beautiful location. It really was a magical place to spend New Year! Claire was a perfect host, welcoming and the check in and booking process was very easy. We'll definitely be back. Kim and Richard xx
Have stayed here a few times now and the cottage is always clean and welcoming. Everything you need is provided, it’s a real home from home. The location is great for visiting Yorkshire, Derbyshire or Manchester, but if you prefer to stay put, you can walk into Holmfirth either along the road or down through the woods.
A simple little place set in Holmbrige, comfortable, we would say best for 2 people not four like us for our stay. But it was great all the same. Surrounding area, great for waking, walk round the old mill, the place is swamped in history, most enjoyable. The best part is there are lots if places to eat out but you do need a car to get there. Enjoyable stay, welcome pack much appreciated.
