5 stars from start to finish of our new years stay at the therapy rooms, Isobel has been a fantastic host. From meeting us on arrival, to a lovely local cheese board and bottle of red on arrival to departure check ins to make sure everything was ok. The therapy rooms is in the perfect location to have a stroll around the local shops/pubs then heading back to a log burner and chill. The little things make this place homely like a draw full of toiletries, board games and all the kitchen appliances you need to not leave the cottage. Thank you Isobel for making mine and my partner’s new year so special. 100% will be returning in the summer. You truly have a beautiful and special little cottage here - thank you x
We had a fantastic time staying at The Therapy Rooms. The property had everything we could possibly want/need for a long weekend and is very central for a visit to Holmfirth. The kitchen was well equipped and the living/bedroom was cosy with the most comfortable sofa bed we have ever slept on. Communication with Isobel was excellent and she was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. Small touches such as a welcome pack consisting of local cheese, along side cheese biscuits, a pint of milk and bottle of wine we're very thoughtful. No negative points at all (apart from having to go home!). We would have no hesitation in returning/ booking this property again.
A beautiful, cosy cottage, tucked away in the centre of Holmfirth. Isobel is a marvellous host and welcomed us on arrival. The welcome pack of essentials a nice touch too. Very comfortable, clean and stylish! Has everything you need and more.
We visited Holmfirth a few months back and enjoyed it that much we decided to have a weekend away there. We noticed Isobel’s Cottage on our visit so when we decided to look for accommodation that instantly popped into my memory. Its location is fantastic near a local pub, plenty of eateries and local shops. The cottage itself is wonderful. Isobel’s little touches are lovely, cheese and wine. Milk and tea, coffee. It’s so cosy. I’ve told all my friends about it. We can’t wait to book up again.
Fabulous 2 night stay in this wonderful cottage, Tea, Coffee provided to suit all tastes, also mini welcome pack of cheese, biscuits and a miniature wine, very close to all amenities and with confidence that if any problem arises, (Isobel, the owner) is on hand very close by, Would return without hesitation and would highly recommend.
