I had the misfortune of having to use Holmfirth colour print ltd today. I came in and instead of being acknowledged with a look or greeting I was ignored for a long period while the man behind the counter was being very patronising to an elderly lady trying to purchase some frames. The lady in front of us was treated and spoken to in a very belittling unprofessional manner creating a hostile atmosphere. Not a professional environment. The man apparently called Tim was unpleasant and came across like he really could not be bothered. He couldn’t have been more unhelpful. How this business has remained I have no idea! I will not be coming back. A more appropriate name for this business would be C.B.A PRINTERS LTD because everything was obviously too much effort.
Today I had the misfortune to meet a person who should not be the public face of a retail establishment. It is sad but he either owns or was left in charge of Holmfirth colour print Ltd. He could not have been less enthusiastic if he had tried. I have had a more engaging experience visiting an Asda Photo Booth.
If this man’s intention was to discourage customers he was a complete success. Everything was apparently too much effort for him and I think he would do better to stay at home.
Big Thank You to Tim..! Always goes above and beyond.. I would not go anywhere else for prints..! Can’t recommend this place enough.!!
Really appreciated Tim pulling out the stops to get a last minute order of photos printed out for a 50th birthday party after other plans fell through. Thank you! Good quality and reasonable price too.
