Not to be be confused with KAL Holmfirth Pool and Leisure Centre as most of the other reviews on here have. School PE department open to the public in evenings and at weekends. Very small, basic fitness suite, two gymnasiums, large sports hall, Astroturf 5 a side pitch. Staff always really friendly and reasonable prices. Book ahead for football pitch/badminton courts
It is just outside Holmfirth centre next to the Police Station. It has a swimming pool, gym and is in its own grounds which include a nice walk, outdoor 5 a side pitch and a play ground area for the children.
Went to a lovely, summer, sunday cricket match here. Nice ground, hidden away from traffic. Very peaceful.
My son loves his swimming lessons here. Gym facilities also look good.
