Co-op Food - Holmfirth - Market Street

Coop store in in the centre of Holmfirth. Parking is plentiful outside of the store however you do have to pay. This can be refunded in the store however but we didn’t choose to whilst we’re were there. Really convenient placed in the town and as far as Co-op stores go this is a really nice store! Had a cafe in side and plenty of choice on shelves.

Super large ish Coop displaying all the usual food items. The cafe is undergoing refurbishment at the time of writing. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a large pay and display car park also easy access to the town.

Good shop with plenty of products. It's just a shame Co-op prices are always that bit dearer than other supermarkets. The store does have a cafe and there is free parking after 4pm

Easily found at one end of town.. Car park outside thats very large. Costs 40p per hour, 60p for 2 hours, 90p for 3 hours or £2 for 4 hours, or £4 all day. Parking is free after 4pm. Tickets can be reimbursed inside at the kiosk. Medium sized supermarket with lots in. A cafe inside to the right as you go through the entrance. Self serve check outs and a few with cashiers. Service was fast and efficient. I cannot fault this supermarket and find it to be helpful and convenient within the town.

The lady cashier was very abrupt when telling me that her till was now closed as she wanted to get to the cafe. Got directed to “David” whose customer skills were just as much lacking, and didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. Big disappointment for a store I use quite often.
