Staying at Gina’s was an absolute breath of fresh air. I slept like a baby, not a sound all night until my alarm went off. The room was charming and comfortable, and the shower was hot, powerful, and perfectly refreshing. Breakfast was a true English feast, generous, hearty, and cooked to perfection. And Norman the dog? Utterly adorable and full of friendly character, the perfect host’s companion!

Fantastic location ideal for exploring the area, fantastic friendly service and very comfortable rooms. I had the double room and it was very cosy, a peaceful sleep and lovely touches like coffee facilities. Breakfast was super tasty.

Had such a wonderful stay at Elm tree farm highly recommend there is everything you need, the location is amazing, and the room was absolutely spotless, and Gina was so very welcoming, and it was so homely, and Norman the dog is so lovely & adorable & loves lots of fuss, I'm so glad we stayed at the farm we'd come up from the Black Country in west Midlands to view a house & I was pretty unsure about it until I spoke to Gina and I knew then what my decision would be thanks to this lovely lady, & everyone is so very friendly & yes we made a offer it's been excepted & we're moving to withernsea in a few weeks so definitely go and stay at Elm Tree Farm the location is amazing

My partner and I had a couple of nights camping here to try out a new tent in preparation of a longer family holiday. The site is situated in a quiet village close to Spurn head nature reserve and Withernsea. Withernsea isn't particularly appealing but if you travel a bit further then you come to Hornsea which is a lovely seaside town. Elm tree farm camping is pleasant. The camping field is small and well kept and it was very quiet when we visited which was ideal. Gina the host is super friendly and helpful which we appreciated. The facilities are fine for a small site. There is a fridge and small freezer that a free to use, a washer and dryer which can be used at a charge and plenty of books and magazines if you want something to entertain you. We took advantage of ordering Gina's breakfast sandwiches and they were delicious!! The things that would improve the site for us would be solar lights on the drive/path to light up the walk to the toilet and showers at night and if the toilets and showers were cleaned more thoroughly. They weren't shockingly bad, however there were lots of old cobwebs, and daddy longlegs and it was obvious the showers weren't cleaned everyday due to the left over mud from previous campers on the floor of the outdoor shower units, we ended up being the only ones left on camp...but it wasn't our mud. I would recommend to others as those are small niggles that didnt spoil our stay in any way.

From the moment we arrived at Elm Tree Farm B&B, we were struck by the beauty and tranquillity of the location – set well away from the main road and surrounded by rolling countryside, it was the perfect place to unwind. Our room was lovely, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, with a bed so comfortable it felt like pure luxury. I had the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a very long time – something I wasn’t expecting but will definitely remember! Breakfast was equally impressive: a proper, hearty full English cooked to perfection, with fresh fruit juice, cereals for those who prefer a lighter option, and excellent coffee. My wife said her pot of tea was just right – hot, strong, and flavourful, exactly how it should be. Gina, the owner, is an absolute delight – friendly, thoughtful, and clearly passionate about running a great B&B. She’s created something really special here. One of the highlights was discovering the private guest garden – a quiet, secluded spot that felt like stepping into Narnia. Peaceful, full of charm, and the perfect place to sit and soak it all in. All in all, Elm Tree Farm is a real gem. We felt truly cared for, relaxed, and recharged. We will definitely be back.
