Convenient for walking in the white horse area although I have been informed by friends it has a dubious reputation for car break-ins! As in thefts.... I didn't experience this on my visit so all π Two very nice but short walks marked out with signage, short but very steep up the bank. The views are worth it though. Breath taking, and not only from the ascent. Gorgeous.
Nice car park handy for the circular walk through kildale woods via the mysterious Hood hill (druid's, castle and more) and back by the forest roads to the car . And theres White horse up above and Sutton bank
Should be free
