Lyndsey’s Cafe

Recently visited this cafe as location is great and around is plenty of spaces for cars and other ways of transport. Really nice place and we'll tight spaced tables but taking into account place is rather smaller size yet really well kept . Clean and accordingly furnished to serve breakfast. Got inside and were given right amount of time to make our minds then drinks were served straight away. Very short while later our food arrived. Food where presented was very tasty and enjoyed full plate . Most important we were eating with eyes as looked great from very first minute. To only thing we were missing was a smile and more happy approach would made it perfect. Young girl cleaning table did great job but lack of smile made me thing so was forced to do it. Overall is definitely place to go back as freshly prepared food was a winner

Lovely and clean and friendly atmosphere. Food delicious and well presented. Especially liked the range of home baked cakes on offer. Very reasonable prices for a tourist area. Very impressed had a lovely walk along the beach too. Never been to Hornsea but would highly recommend Lyndsey's Cafe.

This is a lovely local cafe. It's not a large place, I'd say 32 seats in a mix of 4 seat and 2 seat tables. We are 2 parents and 3 teens and just budged up a seat from the table next to us to our 4 seat table. The all day breakfast was very nice. Not a large portion of food but just enough to feel full. The quality of the food and the cooking skills were just excellent. Everything cooked to perfection. Our vegetarian teenager was happy with the selection available and went with a Linda McCartney veggie burger. I would recommend the special hot chocolate with cream, marshmallows and a chocolate flake and biscuit on the side. For 5 of us it cost £51. That was for 5 good sized full meals, 2 special hot chocolates, a decaf tea and "normal" tea for 2. I highly recommend going and enjoying the food. It is also dog friendly, so if you've got a well behaved dog you can bring them along too.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Not being local to the area, I turned to Facebook to find someone who could cook a large family meal for 15 people. Lyndsey and her team went above and beyond — preparing delicious homemade bolognese and fresh garlic bread, all ready for collection. The food was absolutely fantastic, and even the fussy kids cleared their plates! Highly recommended for anyone looking for great home-cooked food and friendly service.

Lovely place. Nice staff. They fed me twice what I could eat and, believe me, I CAN EAT! Their prices were too low for what they served us...........Two big meals and two hot drinks for just under over £18 - in 2025!!! THOROUGHLY RECOMMENDED!
