This is a real gem of an Indian restaurant. The food was amazing , full of flavour and so fresh. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The portions were very good and the price we paid was very competitive. It was a family treat out and we all really enjoyed it. You won’t be disappointed eating at Hornsea Tandoori
Just ordered a takeaway from this restaurant so cant comment on the atmosphere of it, however the curry we ordered was great and delivered to the log cabin site, (meet the driver at reception) , wevpaid cash on delivery, but didn't enquire about paying by card so cant comment about that
First visit on Saturday just gone. You have to book at the weekend as the place was packed out which gave it a great atmosphere with plenty of buzz. We booked for 7:30 and were sat down about 5-8 mins later. The server apologised for the delay (no need) and we were given half of our poppadoms for free (again no need). We skipped the starters after looking at the volume of food on the table next to us and went for 3 mains, two rice and a naan. The food was excellent, my Jalfreizi (sic) was spicy hot, the Chicken Sashlic was spicy flavourful and I didn't get to try the Hornsea Special as my son wouldn't let me! With tip we paid £65. Finally, the restaurant doesn't have a licence so you bring your own alcohol (there is a Co Op across the road) unless you want soft drinks/water. There is no corkage fee which is another plus.
Brilliant find whilst on Holiday. Family of 6 went and the food was fresh , great portions and tasted amazing. Bring your own beers always a bonus. Highly recommended. Service was really good aa well. 10/10 . Well done
We only came here because we could not get into the usual one we use. We have been so glad that this happened as it's given us more choice in restaurants in the town. Unfortunately they don't have an alcohol licence, but you can bring your own which actually drastically reduces the final price of the bill. The staff have always been extremely helpful and we have a 90 year old and an 88 year old family members who we take in regularly and they love the serve that they receive. Jack especially takes care of them. The food here is fantastic and even though the restaurant is not as flashy on appearance as the others in town, you will not be disappointed with the food. I/we highly recommend this.
