Thought I would try this takeaway for a change to our usual. Nothing too adventurous for me, a Special fried rice and a curry sauce. No complaints and enjoyed my meal. Service was good and quick. As tends to be the norm it's cash or bank transfer only
The worst and I mean the worst Chinese meal we have ever had!!! Watched the salt and pepper ribs go into the deep fat fryer !!! They were burnt and inedible and the king prawn dish we ordered was out of a bag of frozen battered whatever. AVOID LIKE THE PAGUE!!!!!!!!!
Had my first takeaway from newbegin for a while. I ordered the special Kung po and it was inedible the sauce was awful and tasted different from other places I've had the dish. The prawn crackers were dried up and the only good thing was the prawn wontons. Won't be going here again after that meal it was the worst I've had in a long time.
Not cooked how I asked for things to be crispy gravy was like water and tasteless gravy is meant to be thick
We had a takeaway from Newbegin and would definitely recommend. We ordered the salt and pepper munchy box (pictured with a regular salt and pepper chicken for scale) which was massive, good value for money, lots of chicken and very tasty!
