I have just sold a house using HPS and I am very happy to give them a five star review. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and provided me with regular updates throughout the process. All of them went above and beyond what I expected. I can recommend using HPS without hesitation, they have been a pleasure to deal with.

It’s my pleasure to leave HPS a 5 star review. From the very start the team have gone above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. For example, when it was my fault for getting the dates mixed up for a viewing, even though it was late in the day they quickly contacted the vendor of the property to organise a viewing on the same day which we gratefully attended. This meant I didn’t have a 2 hour round trip wasted so a big thank you again for that. Their correspondence is second to none and their customer service is impeccable.They are professional, friendly, offering sound, clear advice. I truly felt like a valued customer with every email and telephone call. I look forward to viewing more properties through HPS, given the opportunity. I can’t recommend them enough so again, a big, big thank you guys!

I rented a property through Hornsea Property Services (HPS) for over 7 years. Throughout these years they treated my family and I like a piece of dirt. HPS would not abide by the Landlord and Tenant Act 1990 in respect of maintaining the guttering. They refused to do so. I was forced to maintain it myself. When they served a no-fault Section 21 eviction notice last summer they consequently engaged in 3 month's worth of harassment by way of emails and 'phone calls threatening legal action. After the property was sold they colluded with the buyer and selling estate agent to harass us. This included a visit by the buyer in person. She threatened legal action. On the day we moved out the buyer blocked my wife's car in the driveway. She then almost rammed my car, blocking me in. She then verbally abused and threatened me, terrifying my then 7-year old daughter in the process. I would seriously caution any prospective tenant about taking out a tenancy with HPS. They will make your life hell. They do not abide by the Landlord and Tenant Act 1990. They will do whatever the landlord/landlady instructs them to do, regardless of how unlawful it is. HPS are to be avoided by tenants like the plague. They are the letting agent from hell!
