Great service from Julie, Lucy and the team at the Hornsea branch. We were kept informed and updated regularly on our purchase. Would highly recommend.

Further to my one star review, I can say that your adviser was less than helpful, considering that we spoke to him when we purchased our house. He never unknowledge all the improverments done ie: new bathroom, new floors in every rooms, new windows and porch ,landscaped gardens and parking for several vehicles. He told us that prices for properties had peacked ,In December 2020, obviously wrong, and implied that the modest increase in price in his view should make us glad, which obviously did not. The only good thing is that he doesn't work for you anymore.

We agreed with Quick and Clarke, Hornsea a commission rate of 1%. When, after as long as 9 months, our house was finally sold, they increased their commission to 1.5% contrary to the agreement and without consulting us. Quick and Clarke rarely ansa the fone. Neither do they return calls. Their chartered surveyor either didn't keep appointments at all or turned up late. He always blamed us. He did not wear PPE during the lockdowns and did not ask viewers to do so. I would advise sellers avoid Quick and Clarke as they are inefficient, unhelpful and downright dishonest. There are plenty of other estate agents in the East Riding to choose from.

Poor service. Removed from mailing list without referring removal to us. Staff gave differing reasons for this. Discovered when we drove by and saw their marketing sign. Property has been on market for 6 months. As soon as we showed an interest it sold within days. We were handled in an extremely unprofessional manner.
