I've just brought my Suzuki Ignis back from a full service. I should have asked for a quote before I took it in, but a friend said prices there were reasonable. I can' t agree. I have just paid £394 for a service which has previously cost £212, 2025 Jan. £192, 2024 Jan £155, 2023 Jan. Why ? I can't comment on the quality of the work only on the price. Very Very expensive, I won't use again.

A great service from Seaton Garage. Got my A/C serviced for a very good price. Dropped it off on Friday evening and it was ready to collect on the Saturday morning. The lady on the phone was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be coming back!

First time I've used Seaton garage as I'm new to the area and heard some good reviews so I booked my car in for MOT and service dropped car off at 07:00 and picked up at 17:30 with all jobs promptly completed including couple other jobs I had issues with, a job well done by mechanics/engineers and lovely receptionist I will definitely use your services again

First time I have used them in the 4/5 years l have lived in Hornsea. Had two front tires replaced. Waited for the work to be done, took about 45 minutes. Prices comparable with other garages in the area. The problem they seem to have is being too popular, it took a couple of weeks from ordering to a fitting date.🤔 5/9/23 Second review. Booked in my car for an MOT & Silver Service. Emailed the proprietor and used the email address on the business card. Apparently they never respond to emails and insist on phone calls, preferably made by the customer.😲 When you do speak to them, either by phone or face to face, their tone is totally unacceptable. You are made to feel that you are causing problems even being there. The pricing, and quality of their mechanics work are not in question, very happy with both those aspects of the company. The big problem is the attitude of " front of house", who have no idea how to speak and treat customers. I will never use this company again, unless they change "front of house " staff.😡😡😡😡

My letter of complaint that has gone unresponded Hello, I am writing to complain about the service we have just received from your garage. It is not with quality of the work conducted as I have no reason to question that. However we brought my sons mini in for a mot, it failed and we were quoted £220 to repair the power steering pump and and you would look at the problem with emissions. This was on Thursday. Late on Friday we hadn’t heard anything so we rang and found out that the car was ready but it was going to cost £564! We never authorised this work and we’re definitely not expecting that much extra. We would have reconsidered getting the additional work done as we don’t need the car at the moment and can’t afford the extra cost. When I tried to complain to the very rude lady on reception i was told that I should be thankful that it didn’t cost more and that the MOT required the work to be done, which it obviously would to pass but we should’ve been asked if we wanted it done. To be honest we feel we’ve been treated very badly and feel that because my son is young he has been taken advantage of. The family wont be using seaton garage again. Regards Mr Walker
