THIS pharmacy knows how to treat customers. Request sent by doctor to them late in the day for medication. I called in to collect it. They are always busy but it was done within 15 minutes. Wonderful! Good staff, good service.
Sometimes this great team are short staffed at times of obvious pressure eg after a Bank Holiday, but they always seek to do their very best. Senior Management take note please.
Very helpful friendly staff. Delivery of prescriptions is also available with a little notice. And it's free of charge. Great service.
Not as efficient as they once were - recently I have received a prescription with over half the pills missing from an open box, some important medication was completely out of stock, we’ve been promised on the phone that a prescription would be available by close of play - they weren’t. Perhaps they are over stretched but something is very wrong.
