Absolutely thrilled with my new en-suite. Dave is an extremely talented, knowledgable and professional person and I would definitely recommend him for any of your plumbing and heating needs. He works with in the time frame he says, always updates you every step of the way and makes sure you are happy with everything. Can’t thank him enough for such a fab job.
Dave arrived when he said he would, and was very professional and chatty, explaining whilst working what he was doing. He is very knowledgeable and polite. So nice to have a quick response and efficient service from a local plumber. Highly recommend this company. Many thanks Dave.
Spot on is Dave , friendly talkative fella who you can tell knows his trade inside and out. Always tries to save you money and replies ASAP . Saved me and my Girlfriend from a winter disaster when CH went off and came out within the hour even though he was with family and friends and got us back up and warm , I'll be using Dr. J Plumbing and Heating for all my future boiler work
We came home to a disaster - home being flooded from a burst pipe. We quickly called Dave and he was with us in no time. He also helped to find the valve to stop the water pouring out. He helped us a lot, drying the downstairs floors, and navigating the process of getting everything sorted! We felt that we are in good hands! Thank you Dave for saving the day! Can’t recommend enough :)
We came home from work to a burst pipe under the sink which flooded the downstairs. Dave helped us shut the water off over the phone and arrived very shortly afterwards. Dave helped stop the leak, dry out most of the water and rip the carpets out. Nothing was too much trouble for him and helped make a very stressful situation better. I can’t recommend him enough for his fast and genuine help. I fully recommend him to anyone
