I made an appointment to have my will written. I live in Hornsea so it made sense. The letter for making the appointment had the Hornsea office address. I took the afternoon off work unpaid, as I had no holiday entitlement left. I arrived at my appointment on time only to be told that they had made my appointment at the Bridlington office! Why? There had never been any mention of a Bridlington office! If they can leave out a vital detail such as the office which your appointment is at, doesn’t fill you with confidence.
Found the solicitor Tom and all the staff at hornsea very welcoming friendly and professional, nothing is to much trouble, excellent.we have completed our sale and purchase, nothing was to much trouble all the team was brilliant Tom, Angela and a big thank you to Brandon for this brilliant work and help,many thanks.
