My son and i went to this charity shop this afternoon. We had such a fun time with the staff especially the lovely Tanya over her scissors! Ill reciprocate next time we come over - itll be worth every penny to do so! How refreshing to find this place and spend time and a bit of money too, and with the greatest of pleasure!!!

We have always found staff friendly and helpful. They were very prompt collecting donations of big items and they made extra journey for smaller items. (I have never felt they treated me any different even using walk sticks etc). Well done great job all staff.Happy new year It is not a car boot and prices seem fine. .p.s. the wool was great quality and daughter made beautiful knee rug for dad!

Prices are too high I understand its a charity shop but selling clothes for almost the same shop price. really? Clothes aren't checked bought a jacket yesterday that still had tissues in the pocket used tissues at that There was a dog in the shop not a guide dog but obviously a dog belonging to a volunteer. Health and safety, allergies etc. etc. Staff unfriendly

Absolute dreadful customer service from an older lady with dark hair, she spoke to my son awful after he sat on the changing room chair, her dreadful attitude was noted from the moment we walked in, if she had approached him nice and politely I wouldn't be giving this bad review. Another member of the public also commented how awful she was and we both left empty handed as I will never step foot in this charity shop again.
