My sister and I took all our Mums clothes in as she had recently passed away. Both the female staff were really rude, none of them thanked us and didn't really acknowledge us. To say we were both shocked and disappointed is an understatement. We chose this particular charity shop as we thought our donation would be appreciated. As a result of this neither me or my sister will use this shop again for purchasing or donation. We are really disgusted and suggest you employ staff who are more appreciative and welcoming.

Pretty cheap, some good prices items, only issue was all the clothes seem to be in the larger sizes! Friendly staff and plenty of space to move around. Me s section is small but loads of women clothes!

Me and my sister went into the Hornsea shop to donate our mums clothes and shoes. Our mum has passed away and we found it very difficult to donate her clothes but wanted to donate them to a good worthy charity. We was upset and shocked at the 2 members of staff that was rude and we didn't even get a thank you for our mums beautiful clothes, in fact it looked like too much trouble for them both. I asked if they wanted the coat hangers the lady said no, no manners we wished we had taken them to another charity shop where they would of been appreciated. I think you need better well mannered staff. I won't donate again at Dove house.

Nice shop well set out unusual set of staff !!! Ridiculous prices many items not fit for rag bag to be honest. Please do not presume people will buy tat because its for charity. Price accordingly to make money
