Appalled by the (lack) of service, firstly ordered on just eat and the order was cancelled so rang them, gave address and order (£16) was then told that we lived too far away (2miles away) 7 minute drive and they were busy so couldn’t accept our order! So clearly our money wasn’t good enough! If I could give 0 stars I would
Do not buy food from here . I spent £25 pound on an order and when it came it was cold , burnt and 3 items were not what I ordered. When I complained they said they ran out so sent me something different. No apology. Just some guy who said next time I should call in instead of ordering over phone . Disgusting
My uni friend ordered a Chinese from you just now and she’s still not go it, even though on the website it says ‘delivered’ and I’ve tried to ring more than once. If you are going to deliver to customers who are paying for you make sure it is actually delivering it’s not fair especially on students.
The drive rang me trying to charge me extra on top of the agreed charge when I disagreed he was very abusive to me so I cancelled my order
Was very disappointed chicken was chewy food was bland.... were have all the nice Chinese takeaways gone.
