Donna, the lady in the ticket office is absolutely lovely. She’s very accommodating, especially if you have got children and she even made a special ticket for my little boy who loves trains which made it a very special experience. He even got a little sweetie she is lovely. What an asset, thank you!
Conveniently located. Accessible. The entrance to the car park however,can be a little tricky,as it’s very narrow with cars going both ways,and once inside the car park,there’s cars flowing in from other businesses.
A nice station. It has a ticket office for tickets and information most days. Also, ticket machine and tap on and off machine. There is also a car park but a narrow entrance. It's the leeds, Harrogate York line. The leeds train can sometimes be late as it can get held up at Cattle.
Helpful office staff, BUT not really fans of the ticket inspectors at the entrance. A couple of times I’ve bumped into a few rude / arrogant staff but overall lovely station, clean. Car park is easily accessible.
Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff in the ticket office who can give you answers to questions you can't get on the website.
