Opened an account last week and have had to go through multiple security checks, attend their branch and talk to people daily practically for every transaction I wanted to engage in. This morning spoke to Bright, who was efficient, fast, friendly and ultra helpful and stayed on the line while I conducted a successful transaction. Highly recommended bank, of course I understand the security checks they have to engage in as I worked in banking for over 25 years.

I visited this branch and was very kindly helped by Mel. She helped me with my request in no time, and was polite, professional and welcoming. Thanks Mel! I look forward to coming again soon. x

To be honest i cannot remember why i visited the bank,it could have been about my debit card that someone had accessed but everytime i have been inside the staff have always been pleasent.

Staff usually very helpful. Andy is good and knows the customers well. Problem is opening times. I work Monday-Friday so can never go anymore unless I’m on annual leave. When I asked why the branch shut on Saturday I was told that it wasn’t busy! It used to have a queue out of the door. Why not shut one day in the week and open on Saturdays so people can use the branch?!
