Hepworth Select KGM

I have been a customer of Hepworths for nearly 10 years and purchased my cars from them, had them serviced and recommended the dealership to family and friends. Richard has gone over the top to assist me this year his “where here to help” was a blessing to hear during a very difficult period. The staff are all helpful and I can confidently give five stars and when I come to change my car I will be purchasing a new one from Richard at Hepworths.

Excellent customer service I was looking for another ssang yong dealer to maintain my korando and hey presto I've found one here! My local garage batley has unfortunately closed Hepworths select were happy to assist even tho my car is 10years old!!! Parts are easy to get from here,( if you want to have a go yourself) However I preferred to use there specialist garage team Which are fantastic Great to have a reliable garage again They have some very tempting new and used cars too .. Thank you

This has been my best car buying experience. Richard knew the cars he is selling and could answer all my questions. There was no pressure to purchase or a limit on the time he was willing to spend explaining all I needed to know. It is not a flashy garage or showroom and having visited a few of those recently I was pleasantly surprised at the welcome from all of the staff and the way in which they conducted their business. I purchased a KGM Torres and would highly recommend this dealership and the staff. If your'e looking for a new car and a fair deal pay them a visit.

Tl;dr - Great prices, great team, great & COVID safe experience. Would buy a car from again. I recently bought a second hand VW Polo from the team, specifically working with Richard, and was thoroughly impressed by: • Staff knowledge over the vehicle (despite it being second hand) and its history • Vehicle price - with straightforward and very reasonable negotiations • Availability of staff to talk through the vehicle • The flexibility of the team to repair minor cosmetic damage as part of the sale I was unsure about how to buy a car during the current COVID restrictions, but having recently bought 2 cars from DM Keith, and 1 from Arnold Clark over the last year, I think this was almost easiest and stress free thanks to Richard and Gary's explanations! Although there was minor cosmetic damage to the side skirt at pickup, this is being rectified at the first opportunity with no quibbles. Overall I recommend this garage to anyone considering a new or second hand car, I will definitely be considering them again when I look to change cars!
