I have just bought a second hand mini from Evans Halshaw and I am very happy. Paul provided excellent customer service from my initial enquiry right through to me driving the car away. He communicated clearly, provided pros and cons of alternative services available. His attention to detail before releasing the car to me showed a very professional service. I will recommend the dealership and Paul.

Really good service. The show room was packed but the workers still made us feel welcome and was honest about our wait. They did everything to help me get sorted as quick as possible as I needed a car quickly. Krystian, who helped me get everything sorted was especially helpful and made the whole process easy to understand and got the deal done. I'll recommend Evans Halshaw to anyone who is looking for a car and I'll definitely be using them to get my next car.

We gave our car in for service and MOT in November as part of our service plan with Evans Halshaw and I just want to thank Debbie for the service and customer care she provided. She was polite throughout the experience and went over and beyond in facilatating work required and keeping us up to date with the progress. As well as Debbie I do think Evans Halshaw Horsforth have a positive customer friendly ethos and going forward I hope to use this dealership for the foreseeable future.

Had a fantastic experience, yet again, purchasing a new car. This is our third car from here in the past 8 years or so and they are always so professional. Max was absolutely fantastic through the whole process, making sure we got what we wanted and that he did the best for us. Also had dealings with Antony with some documentation, he was adequate at best! But my wife really does like his pen! Really it was amazing from start to finish and will definitely go back there again next time we need a new car, or will recommend people to go there. Well done guys.

Absolutely incredible service. Firstly Debbie has helped me so much over the years with my corsa, always so welcoming, friendly and very quick service. Debbie is an absolute credit to the business. Also today a massive thanks to Naz on my way home from work my computer system in my car froze whilst i was on a call, the most random screaming high pitched noise, i had no idea what to do! The sound didn't stop when engine was off... complete panic at 4.45pm. Straight to the garage, I was listened to and helped straight way. They were able to reset my system and stop the noise. I was so grateful. I can't thank you enough. I will be back to purchase my next car very soon! Highly recommended.
