I can’t recommend Star Fabric Care in Leeds highly enough. The service was absolutely first-class from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and clearly take real pride in their work. My sofa and carpets looked spotless, fresh, and restored to an amazing standard – better than I expected. Turnaround time was quick, prices were fair, and the attention to detail really sets them apart from other fabric care services. It’s rare to find a business that combines quality, reliability, and excellent customer service so well. Extremely impressed with the service, results and cost. Having just taken possession of an ex-rental apartment, you can imagine the state of the carpets; horrible! Before we look replace them, we chose to have them cleaned and see what Star could achieve. We’ve used them before for both carpets and sofas. Wow, what a result. Vishal did an excellent job, even on the most disgusting stains. No need for new carpets just yet 😃👍

I had my carpets and sofa and chair cleaned a week ago and they look amazing really freshened them up. I just wanted to write a review to say how impressed I am with the customer service I received from them. Upon checking my receipt I noticed that it didn’t quite add up and I thought I’d been slightly over charged for a carpet clean to what I was originally quoted. I’m not one to complain and I wanted to stress that I wasn’t unhappy with their service at all but I just wanted to check. It was just a slight bit of miscommunication, but when I contacted them they got back to me straight away and said they’d look into it. They called me when they said they would and went through everything the pricing and the cost and why I was charged what I was and then offered to give me a partial refund. I was asked to send my details and it was literally back in my bank within 10 minutes. I know there’s things happen sometimes and it was genuinely no one’s fault but I wanted to comment on how they handled the issue and rectified it. They did amazing with my upholstery and I would definitely recommend them as a business. Thank you!
