Horrendous. That’s 4 orders now that have gone missing because evri delivery people cannot follow instructions. Leaving my parcels in a random bin shed that isn’t mine and unnecessarily waiting for items I’ve paid for with nothing to show for it. And you have to wait 2 days to process a refund, for what? Don’t like to use evri for this reason, their service is awful. Amazon also unhelpful.
