I wanted to post a good review for the surgery for a while now. A big thank you to the lovely lady doctor I saw this morning. The new appointment system of the practice works great, twice now that I needed an appointment I got one same or following day. Thank you all for your hard work.

I keep getting given appointments with Dr Gibbins who always looks completely out of her depth and is extremely unhelpful. It’s difficult to get Reception staff to make appointments for you and I’ve experienced one receptionist suck the air in over her teeth, shake her head and tell me it will be a few weeks wait. Another time after waiting weeks for my appointment, I arrived at the surgery to find it didn’t actually exist - the receptionist hadn’t put it in their system!

The new online system is not helpful at all. So many questions when someone is poorly and trying to have an appointment. It is not an inclusive system and can be a barrier to accessing care.

The new online system is so unfriendly, not been able to book a appointment in the surgery is totally unbelievable while there. Why be called a receptionist when your not doing a receptionist role.
