AVOID. I was left with no washing machine for 2+ weeks and the agency confirmed that the landlord would not be reimbursing the launderette costs I was forced to pay. If you are a tenant, know that Adair Paxton's definition of "acting accordingly" means leaving you without essential appliances for weeks and expecting you to pay for the privilege. Their failure to meet their basic legal obligations is matched only by their dismissive attitude. . The failure was not just the broken machine; it was the agency's complete refusal to take responsibility for the delay. I am now out of pocket through no fault of my own. Find an agency that actually understands its obligations.

Adair Paxton is an estate agent, although I've never been to their office, I feel this is a testament to their efficiency. They have always reacted quickly when dealing with in the building, ( reporting to landlord ). I do feel the staff care about their tenants, they inspect a few times a year, just to make sure all is ok. So all in all, yes they are a good place to rent property from.

Just like to say thank you to your gardener George who has gone above and beyond his work process very kind and really helpful. Fantastic job, clean and tidy industrial gardener really friendly hope to see more like that.
